Right to Information

In accordance with the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and in compliance with Chapter II Section 4(1) Sub Clause (B), the following information is placed 

♦ Organization, Functions and Duties

♦ Statement of the Categories of Documents that are held by KCCL

♦ Statement of boards, councils, committees and other bodies, and as to whether meetings of such boards, etc., are open to public, or the minutes of such meetings are accessible to public.

♦ Particulars of recipients of concessions, permits or authorizations granted by KCCL

♦ Manner of execution of subsidy programmes and details of beneficiaries of such programmes
